Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations
• Ensure timely production and display of bakery products
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Monitor equipment maintenance and functionality

2. Sales & Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
• Drive sales through promotions, upselling, and product displays
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Track daily sales and meet revenue targets

3. Staff Management

• Supervise, train, and schedule staff
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Ensure proper staffing during peak hours
• Maintain team discipline and motivation

4. Inventory & Stock Control

• Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• Minimize wastage and control costs
• Conduct regular stock audits

5. Financial Management

• Handle billing, cash management, and daily reconciliation
• Monitor expenses and profitability
• Prepare sales reports and MIS reports

6. Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI standards)
• Maintain product quality and consistency
• Follow SOPs for baking, storage, and handling
