Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities
  • Assist HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities
