Job Description
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of production ingredients, supplies ram materials.
Ensure the availability of raw materials for production while minimizing excess stock.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
Ordering and Procurement:
Place orders for production ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies as needed.
Verify the quantity of incoming goods.
Verify the quality of the incoming goods with the help of quality people.
Storage and Handling:
Safely store production ingredients and products, following food safety and hygiene standards.
Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and proper storage practices.
Ensure that products are stored at appropriate temperatures and conditions.
Supervision of Staff:
Manage a team of storekeepers and store personnel.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff.
