Key Responsibilities


Calling & Screening : daily upto 100 Calls sourcing cv's from different job portals and posting vacancies.


Administrative Support: Maintain physical and digital employee files, update HRIS databases, and process documentation.


Recruitment Assistance: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.


Onboarding/Offboarding: Prepare materials, conduct orientation, and manage the new-hire process.
