Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon and cosmetic store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining salon standards, and achieving business targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Salon OperationsManage day-to-day salon and cosmetic store operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all salon services.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional salon standards.
- Monitor appointment schedules and customer flow.
- Team ManagementSupervise beauticians, hair stylists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Train employees on SOPs, customer service, grooming, and salon etiquette.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Customer ServiceEnsure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships and retention programs.
- Promote memberships, packages, and special offers.
- Sales & Revenue ManagementAchieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Upsell salon services, treatments, and cosmetic products.
- Monitor daily sales reports and business performance.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase footfall.
- Inventory & Store ManagementManage salon products, equipment, and consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Prevent stock shortages and wastage.
- Maintain inventory records and reports.
- Administration & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain customer databases and service records.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
