Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant_ Workday SA
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of Workday Integrations, reports for HCM and payroll, integration tests, deployment, and documentation. Moreover, awareness of integration and coordination with multiple teams is expected.
Responsibilities
•    Analysis and fix of integration production issues.
•    Perform impact analysis of existing integrations due to new change in business process or acquisition of new company.
•    Overseeing failures, errors and warnings of scheduled integrations.
•    Identify & implement continuous improvements to existing integrations to bring more efficiency to the business process.
•    Follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.
•    Provide technical expertise in integrating Workday with other enterprise systems.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday. Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Workday Core HCM ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business strategy.
•    Partner with senior leadership to define the Workday roadmap, balancing innovation with operational stability.
•    Guide and mentor functional and technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•    Oversee complex Workday implementations, integrations, and enhancements—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
•    Act as the trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable Workday solutions.
•    Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and design standards for Workday configurations and integrations.
•    Stay ahead of Workday releases and industry trends, proactively recommending improvements and innovations.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/skills
•    BE/MBA/M.Tech 
•    Workday Payroll, Studio Integration, PICOF, PECI knowledge is mandatory
•    Workday Advanced, Matrix, BIRT Reports
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Experience with HCM integration development and/or maintenance in a global environment.
•    Experience with Security configuration & Workday Data Model.
•    Experience working with web services, SOAP, WDSL, XML, XSLT or XPATH
•    Experience working with Core Connector, Cloud Connector, EIB, Report Designer, Workday Studio, PICOF/PECI, BIRT, Data Conversions loads
•    Experience in development of Custom Reports & Calculated Fields
•    Experience in support and implementation projects.
•    Functional knowledge across at least one Human Resources Module – including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Benefits & Payroll.
•    Strong understanding of Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, PECI, Core Connectors) and reporting frameworks.
•    Exceptional communication skills—able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
•    A track record of delivering large-scale Workday implementations or transformations in complex enterprise environments.
•    Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate business needs.
