Senior Technical Lead - Application Engineering Services

Area(s) of responsibility

Windchill Infra Lead 

The expectation is this person should have 8-12 years of experience with Windchill infrastructure, Build / deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining software using Java and enterprise system APIs
• CAD Data Management and MCAD customization/Support.
• Actively participating in all stages of the implementation project from development through testing
• Developing relationships with the clients and supporting them during the project lifecycle
• Meeting with and utilizing teammates’ expertise to maximize project efficiency
• Documenting methods and lessons learned

EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS:  

• Install, Configure and Deploy Windchill Components on instance(s).
• Should have experience on Windchill advanced deployments like cluster deployments, load balancers.
• Should be well versed with Windchill Architecture.
• Experience in windchill system admin activities: Rehost, Replica setup, SOLR, Zookeeper, certificate management, Upgrade.
• Experience in Infra activities: Build & Deployment, Upgrade, Data Loading, Server Maintenance, Network and Database Administration.
• Should have experience on cloud deployments.
• Should have experience in CICD, Build management and scripting.
• Should have experience in both Windows and other OS like Linux, CentOS, UNIX, etc.
• Should have experience in PLM monitoring like Checking System Health and doing Preventive Maintenance activities.
• Should have extensive experience on AWS and Azure DevOps
• Should have Good Communication skill, agility to work with Cross Functional team across Time Zones.
