Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles in the US market. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of US hiring practices, compliance, and candidate expectations.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in identifying high-quality talent, managing candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver timely and effective hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews (phone/video)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Prepare and manage offer letters, negotiations, and pre-boarding activities
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company hiring policies
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in the US market
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of US labor laws, hiring practices, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
