Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles in the US market. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of US hiring practices, compliance, and candidate expectations.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in identifying high-quality talent, managing candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver timely and effective hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews (phone/video)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and manage offer letters, negotiations, and pre-boarding activities
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company hiring policies
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in the US market
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of US labor laws, hiring practices, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
