Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Tendering Executive with 1 year of experience in tendering and bid management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor tender opportunities from government portals and Private portals.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents (technical and commercial bids).
• Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation and approvals.
• Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and track their status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering/bid management.
• Understanding of government and private tender processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tender portals.
