Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Field Marketing Executive with experience in BTL activities and field sales (client engagement). The candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing campaigns, interacting with clients, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities (events, promotions, activations)
• Visit clients in the field for engagement and sales opportunities
• Coordinate with Radio channels for promotions and campaigns
• Manage on-ground teams, promoters, and vendors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle client queries and ensure satisfaction
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Ensure proper branding and visibility at activity sites
• Support lead generation and conversion

Required Skills:

• Experience in BTL marketing & field sales
• Knowledge of Radio promotions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel locally for field work
• Good coordination and client-handling skills
• Basic MS Excel knowledge

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (Marketing preferred)
