As a Branch Executive at Avision Fintech Solution, you will be responsible for managing branch-level operations, acquiring clients, supporting business development activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who are target-oriented, client-focused, and eager to grow in the fintech and stock market industry.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Acquire new clients for trading, investment, and fintech services
Promote company products such as Demat & Trading Accounts, advisory services, and other financial products
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Generate leads through fieldwork, references, and local marketing activities
Client Relationship Management
Assist clients with account opening, KYC, and onboarding process
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Resolve client queries related to trading platforms, services, and basic market guidance
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Branch Operations
Handle day-to-day branch activities and documentation
Coordinate with Head Office for reports, compliance, and updates
Maintain records of clients, leads, and revenue
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
Team & Market Coordination
Support sub-brokers, business associates, or relationship managers (if assigned)
Participate in local promotional events, seminars, or campaigns
Share market insights and business feedback with management

Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate or equivalent (Finance/Commerce preferred)
Basic knowledge of stock market, trading, and financial products
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with willingness to work in the field
Ability to handle targets and pressure
