Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create meaningful business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining comprehensive business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment of project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing and implementing business transformation strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into actionable technology solutions.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Indore office.
