Job Summary
The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating site visit opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve plot booking targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain project details and investment benefits.
- Qualify customer requirements and interests.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up data.
Customer Engagement
- Schedule site visits and sales meetings.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Ensure regular follow-up with interested customers.
Sales Support
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
- Track customer progress from inquiry to booking.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
Reporting
- Submit daily call reports.
- Update lead status regularly.
- Participate in team review meetings.
Performance KPIs
Daily Target
- Minimum 120 Calls per Day
Monthly Target
- 15 Plot Bookings

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Customer relationship management
- Follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Preferred Experience
- Telecalling, telesales, real estate, banking, insurance, NBFC, or financial services experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
