📢 Hiring: Shadow Tutor for School Support | Indore | Indian Mentors
We are looking for a dedicated, patient, and compassionate Shadow Tutor to support a mild autistic child in the primary section at a reputed international school in Indore.
🏫 School: Choithram International, Indore
🎒 Grade/Class: Primary Section | Grade 1
📍 Mode: Offline | In-School Support
🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 08:00 AM – 03:00 PM
(2nd & 4th Saturdays Off | Approx. 24 Working Days)
💰 Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

✅ Job Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one academic and behavioural support to the student during school hours
- Assist the child in classroom participation and daily activities
- Reinforce lessons, instructions, and assignments in a simplified manner
- Encourage positive behaviour, communication, and social interaction
- Coordinate with the classroom teacher and parents when required
- Support the child with emotional regulation and learning engagement
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Female candidates preferred (optional if applicable)
- Experience with special needs children/shadow teaching preferred
- Patient, calm, caring, and responsible personality
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Background in Psychology, Special Education, Teaching, or Child Development is an added advantage
