Job Description

Role: Tele-Caller cum Front Desk Executive (Admissions)

Company: SOEGIS (Satguru Overseas Education & Global Immigration Services)


Location: Jaipur | Full-time

RoleFrontline role responsible for handling calls, generating walk-ins, and supporting conversions for study abroad services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound calls & follow-ups
  • Generate walk-ins from leads
  • Convert enquiries into counselling appointments
  • Manage walk-in students/parents professionally
  • Coordinate with counsellors & schedule meetings
  • Maintain basic CRM and lead tracking
  • RequirementsStrong Hindi + basic English communication
  • Confident, presentable, target-driven
  • Comfortable with calling & follow-ups
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM)
  • 0–2 years experience (freshers with strong attitude can apply)


Fixed: Up to ₹15,000/month

  • Incentives:₹150–₹200 per walk-in
  • ₹1,000 per successful conversion


Growth: Salary review after 6 months (performance-based)
