Job Description
Job Work (Kaam Kya Karna Hai):
Team Chalana: Factory ke workers se daily ka kaam karwana aur target poora karna.
Packing Dekhna: Snacks ki packing sahi se ho, weight (vazan) barabar ho, aur expiry date/batch number sahi chapa ho.
Safaai aur Quality: Factory me saaf-safai rakhna aur snacks acche se bane, iska dhyan rakhna.
Daily Report: Roz kitna maal bana, kitna pack hua, aur kitne workers aaye, iska hisab rakhna.
Requirements (Aap me kya hona chahiye):
Experience: Food factory ya snacks packing me 1 se 3 saal ka supervisor ka anubhav (experience).
Language: Local bhasha/Hindi bolna aur samajhna aana chahiye takki workers se kaam kara sakein.
Skills: Mobile par ya register me roz ka hisab-kitab likhna aana chahiye.
