Job Title: Interior Design Executive (Showroom & Modular Division)

🧠 About the Role

We are looking for a creative and practical Interior Design Executive who can help us design and upgrade our multi-floor showroom and modular furniture displays.

This is not a purely theoretical design role. The candidate will work on real projects involving showroom layout planning, product placement, and 3D visualization to improve customer experience and drive sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Showroom Layout & Planning

* Design layouts for sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and display sections ; Plan product placement for better visibility and customer flow ; Work on structured layouts (zoning, walkway space, display sections)

2. 2D & 3D Design Development

* Create 2D layouts (AutoCAD or equivalent) ; Develop 3D models using SketchUp ; Generate realistic renders using V-Ray / Enscape ; Explore different color themes and material combinations

3. Visual Merchandising & Creativity

* Suggest display concepts, partitions, and experience zones ; Recommend materials like laminates, panels, wallpapers, etc. ; Improve the overall look and feel of the showroom

4. Execution Support

* Assist in converting designs into actual on-site execution ; Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, and vendors ; Ensure designs are practical and feasible

5. Continuous Improvement

* Regularly suggest improvements in existing showroom displays ; Work on new ideas to enhance customer experience

🛠️ Required Skills

* SketchUp (Mandatory) ; * AutoCAD (Basic to Intermediate) ; * V-Ray or Enscape (Preferred) ; * Basic understanding of interior materials and finishes

👤 Experience

* 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

* Freshers with strong software skills and learning attitude can apply

⚙️ Work Process : All projects will follow a structured system: Brief → 2D Layout → 3D Design → Review → Finalization → Execution

💰 Salary : ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience) + Incentives upto 5K

⏰ Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
