Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior site supervisors in overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to completion.
2. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules, specifications, and budget constraints.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
5. Assist in the interpretation of construction drawings and specifications.
6. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.
7. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government inspectors.
8. Provide support in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
9. Assist in the implementation of site safety programs and ensure all workers comply with safety regulations.
10. Learn and apply industry best practices for construction management and site supervision.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and techniques.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
6. Basic knowledge of construction safety regulations.
7. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
