Core Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy: Design and implement data-driven telemarketing strategies in alignment with broader marketing objectives. [1]

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a closely related role, with a proven track record of team leadership.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
