👨🔧 Position 1: Mill Roller / Fitter
🎓 Qualification: ITI
📅 Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years after ITI
⚠ Apprentice experience will NOT be counted
🔑 Job Responsibilities:
✔ Mill alignment checking, guide adjustment & pass changing
✔ Roll changing work
✔ Gas cutting & welding jobs
✔ Water nozzle adjustment
✔ Scrap box changing & cobble cutting
✔ Pass gap inspection, hot & cold stock checking
✔ Equipment monitoring & defect identification
✔ Troubleshooting in rolling mill operations
✔ Guide lubrication checking
✔ Daily logbook & record maintenance
✔ Scrap bucket cleaning & jamming prevention
✔ Follow all safety protocols & PPE guidelines
✔ Product quality inspection using measuring tools
💪 Candidate should be comfortable working in hot & noisy rolling mill environments and handling heavy work operations.

👨🏭 Position 2: Billet Conditioning / Billet Grinding Operator
🎓 Qualification: ITI
📅 Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years after ITI
⚠ Apprentice experience will NOT be counted
🔑 Job Responsibilities:
✔ Billet Yard Management
✔ Billet Grinding Operations
✔ Knowledge of SAP
✔ Understanding of Billet Grades
✔ Identification of Billet Defects
✔ Rigging Activities
✔ Crane Operation Support
✔ Workplace Safety Compliance
