Job Description

We are looking for a sincere and hardworking Admin Executive to join our team at our Kanchipuram office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation using company-provided database — calling companies and fixing appointments
  • Inventory management and stock tracking
  • E-commerce order processing — printing shipping labels and coordinating with the execution team
  • Ensuring timely packaging and handover to courier partners
  • Managing daily work volumes and ensuring all tasks are completed by end of day
  • General office administration and coordination

Who can apply:

  • Basic computer knowledge required (MS Excel, data entry)
  • Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English preferred
  • Fresher or up to 2 years experience welcome
