Job Description:

*We are seeking a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter with a strong focus on ERP and CRM talent acquisition.

*The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of proven experience in recruiting for ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) roles.

Key Responsibilities:

*End-to-end recruitment for ERP & CRM positions.

*Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

*Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit.

*Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and expectations.

*Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.

*Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

*Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ERP and CRM recruitment.

*Strong knowledge of different ERP/CRM platforms and related skill sets.

*Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

*Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
