Job Description

We are hiring a Placement Coordinator / HR Executive to manage student placements, build company tie-ups, and support recruitment activities. The candidate will act as a bridge between students and hiring companies.

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain tie-ups with companies and HRs
  • Connect with students and guide them for placements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and hiring drives
  • Conduct mock interviews, resume reviews, and training sessions
  • Enroll companies for hiring and expand placement network
  • Maintain student and placement records in Excel/CRM
  • Ensure continuous engagement with students
  • Handle basic HR and recruitment operations
  • Support in end-to-end placement process
  • RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR & recruitment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordination
  • Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Target-oriented and proactive approach
