Job Description
About the Company Sunil Enterprises is a regional distributor for Vivo Mobile Phones covering Kanpur and Unnao territories, with an annual turnover of approx. ₹100+ crore. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily data, billing, and reporting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and circulate daily Vivo sales reports — dealer-wise, salesman-wise, and category-wise
- Manage outstanding (OS) reports and track overdue collections from dealers
- Handle billing operations — raise invoices, verify entries, coordinate with the accounts team
- Maintain stock placement reports and update inventory data daily
- Prepare negative reports (stock vs outstanding analysis) for field review
- Coordinate with field sales team (FOS) for data inputs and discrepancy resolution
- Maintain and update dealer master data — contact details, beat plans, credit limits
- Generate weekly and monthly MIS decks for management review
- Support in target tracking vs achievement reporting for the Vivo territory
Required Skills
- ✅ TallyPrime — Compulsory (ledger entries, bill-wise OS export, reconciliation)
- ✅ MS Excel — Compulsory (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting)
- Good typing speed and high data accuracy
- Ability to meet daily deadlines without follow-up
- Basic understanding of distribution / mobile trade preferred
