Business Operation Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented Female Business Cum Production Operations Manager who can join immediately and manage both business development and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business coordination, production coordination, vendor management, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Client Management

• Acquire new B2B clients and develop business opportunities.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate order execution.
• Support brand marketing and business growth initiatives.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate production planning and order fulfillment.
• Manage vendors, procurement, and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate between sales, accounts, production, and management teams.
• Monitor daily operational activities and ensure timely execution.

Logistics & Shipping

• Manage dispatches, shipping schedules, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure smooth movement of goods and timely deliveries.
• Handle documentation related to domestic and export shipments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Operations, Production Coordination, Supply Chain, FMCG, Tea, Food, or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and business reporting.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Female candidate only.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Experience in B2B business, private labeling, manufacturing, or export operations will be an added advantage.
