• 1 In-House Recruiter
• 1 Field Recruiter
🔍 Whom We’re Looking For:
We are hiring experienced HR Recruiters with a strong background in:
✔️ Bulk Hiring
✔️ Own sourcing channels/vendor connections
✔️ Working with Skill Development Institutes / Freelance Vendors
✔️ Hiring for BFSI, NBFC, Insurance & BPO sectors
✔️ Handling large-scale manpower hiring across West Bengal
⚠️ Note: Freshers are not eligible for this role
💼 Job Details:
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Working Hours: 9 Hours
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduation Mandatory
• Age: 21–30 years
• Both males and females can apply
💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Net Take Home)
