Job Title: Apparel Merchandiser – Anouk Account (PPMP Model)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Merchandiser to drive our manufacturing and fulfillment operations for the Anouk brand. As the primary link between the buyer and our factory floor, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ethnic wear orders. This role requires a deep understanding of factory-level material planning as well as the strict compliance, inventory integration, and SLA requirements of Myntra's PPMP business model.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account & PPMP Order Management:

Manage the Myntra Partner Portal (Pretr) to sync orders, monitor open inventory levels, and ensure 100% adherence to Myntra's fulfillment SLAs (typically a strict 48-hour turnaround).

Coordinate daily order flow, ensuring the production and warehouse teams are aligned with real-time e-commerce demand to prevent stockouts or SLA breaches.

Reconcile inventory and track return syncs specific to the PPMP marketplace model.

2. Production & Material Planning:

Create, execute, and monitor strict Time & Action (T&A) calendars for all Anouk styles.

Lead Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) with the factory master, QA team, and production managers to ensure styling, fit, and fabric requirements are perfectly understood before bulk cutting.

Finalize the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each style. Coordinate tightly with the sourcing team to ensure fabrics (cottons, silks, blends) and trims are in-house on schedule.

3. Sampling & Approvals:

Oversee the end-to-end sampling process mandated by Anouk, including Fit, Size Set, Pre-Production (PP), and Top of Production (TOP) samples.

Communicate daily with Anouk's buying and technical design teams to secure timely approvals and seamlessly incorporate their feedback into the production line.

4. Quality Assurance & Dispatch:

Work closely with internal QA and Anouk's external quality auditors to ensure AQL standards are consistently met.

Oversee the specific pick, pack, and invoicing requirements mandated by Myntra, ensuring correct tagging, barcoding, and packaging before the final handover to Myntra Logistics.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 3 to 5 years of core apparel merchandising experience within a garment production unit. Prior experience handling womenswear or ethnic wear is highly preferred.

Domain Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience navigating the Myntra PPMP model, understanding its specific logistics, penalty structures, and vendor portal mechanics.

Technical Skills: Strong grasp of garment construction, fabric consumption, and production planning. Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce Order Management Systems (e.g., Vin e-Retail, Unicommerce).

Soft Skills: Sharp negotiation abilities, excellent cross-functional communication, and the problem-solving skills needed to bridge the gap between buyer expectations and factory realities.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, Textile Technology, or a related field
