HR Intern (Female Candidates Preferred)/Evening Shift

Location: Rajarhat (Ecospace)(Candidates residing within 10 km preferred)

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Stipend: Up to ₹7,000/month

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment. The role involves connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting the HR team with daily tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential candidates through calls (data will be provided)
• Screen and line up candidates for interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates until onboarding
• Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day HR activities

Duration & Growth:

This is a 3-month contractual internship with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance. Selected candidates may be offered a permanent role with a salary of up to ₹20,000/month after successful completion of the internship.

• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
• Ability to commute conveniently to Rajarhat (Ecospace)
