About the Role
We're looking for a people-focused HR Executive to join our team and help us find, engage, and retain great talent. If you're a fresher or have up to 3 year of experience and love talking to people, solving problems, and keeping things organized, this is for you.
*Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & SourcingSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social mediaScreen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist profilesSchedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate feedback loopsMaintain candidate database and update trackers in ATS/Excel
*HR OperationsAssist with onboarding, documentation, and background verification for new hiresMaintain employee records, attendance, and leave dataSupport payroll inputs, exit formalities, and full & final settlementsDraft HR letters: offer, appointment, experience, relieving, etc.
