HR Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with experience in the hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• Manage onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Handle payroll inputs and full & final settlements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
• Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling
• Support performance management and training coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in hospitality (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring processes
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk hiring for hotels/restaurants
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
