HR Executive

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter with strong experience in IT hiring, particularly for website consultants and backend development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and building a strong talent pipeline for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Specialize in hiring Website Consultants (sales & Team Leader) and Backend Developers (HTML, CSS, Lead Generation, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities
• Stay updated with current IT hiring trends and talent market conditions

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for digital agencies or product-based IT companies
• Knowledge of modern web technologies (React, Angular, APIs, databases, cloud services)
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
