Job RoleWe are looking for highly motivated Sales Executives / Academic Counselors who can convert interested leads into paid students.
Important: Lead generation is not required. The company will provide qualified leads daily. Your responsibility is to counsel prospects, explain the program benefits, and close sales.
- ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with company-provided leads.
- Understand the prospect's goals and requirements.
- Explain our training programs and mentorship model.
- Conduct Zoom/Google Meet counseling sessions when required.
- Handle objections and close enrollments.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the support team for student onboarding.

- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication preferred.

- CompensationFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on Experience)
