Telecaller

Job Overview:

Kalpana Estate is looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and assist clients in their property requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for property sales and inquiries
• Handle inbound queries related to plots, flats, and real estate projects
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups
• Maintain a database of client interactions and updates
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Explain property details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
• Follow up with interested clients to close deals

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of real estate or sales (preferred)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM tools preferred)
