Position: Scanning Operator

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Project Type: Government Project

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply)

Education: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities

Operate scanning machines to digitize physical documents accurately and efficiently

Perform data entry of scanned records into the designated system with accuracy

Organise, sort, and file physical and digital documents as per project guidelines

Verify scanned images for quality and legibility; rescan documents where required

Maintain daily work logs and scanning productivity reports

Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned work

Skills Required

Basic understanding of scanning equipment, data entry, and document organisation

Good typing speed with attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer knowledge (MS Windows, file management)

Good teamwork and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment

Ability to handle large volumes of documents with speed and accuracy
