Job Description
Business Growth Manager / Consultant
Location: Mira Road
About the Role:
The individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple industries and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
· Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, references, and market mapping.
· Generate business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term strategic clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and key business stakeholders.
· Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions for leadership, lateral, and niche hiring mandates.
· Negotiate service agreements, commercials, and terms of engagement with clients.
· Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of mandates. Handle client escalations and ensure effective resolution.
Revenue Generation & Market Expansion
· Achieve quarterly, and annual business targets.
· Develop strategies business expansion plans.
· Identify opportunities across hiring assignments.
· Drive revenue growth through executive search assignments, confidential hiring mandates, and strategic recruitment solutions.
Market Intelligence & Branding
· Track industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring patterns.
· Build strong market presence through professional networking and social media platforms.
· Represent the organization during business meetings, networking events, and industry interactions.
Skills
· Experience in Business Development within Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing / Executive Search firms or Corporate and Institutional Selling
· Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
· Ability to handle multiple clients.
· Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
· Self-driven, performance-oriented, and commercially focused mindset.
