Business Development Executive (BDE)

We’re looking for energetic candidates to join our growing events & marketing agency team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about brands, client interaction, marketing campaigns, and business growth. This role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, assisting in pitch presentations, and contributing to the agency’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and identify new business opportunities
• Connect with brands, agencies, and potential clients
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients
• Assist in creating pitch decks and presentations
• Work closely with the operations and creative teams for campaign execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meets
• Maintain client database and sales reports

Who Can Apply:

• 1–2 years experience in marketing/events/sales/client servicing
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Confident, presentable & proactive individuals
• Someone who enjoys networking & creative environments
• Knowledge of events, activations, and digital marketing is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
