Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Accounts & GST Executive to manage taxation, compliance, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST filings, basic income tax knowledge, and strong proficiency in accounting tools and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle E-Invoicing and ensure compliance with GST regulations
• Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) accurately and within deadlines
• Maintain working knowledge of Income Tax and TDS provisions and assist in related tasks
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct Ledger Scrutiny to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Work on Tally Prime for accounting entries and financial record management
• Utilize MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas) for data analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

·        0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and GST compliance

·        Strong knowledge of GST processes and return filing

·        Basic understanding of Income Tax and TDS

·        Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel

·        Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
