Role Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of financial markets, accounting, and client servicing. The role primarily involves handling client queries and backend operational tasks, ensuring smooth account operations including deposits, withdrawals, trading support, and issue resolution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide backend operational support to clients (traders) for account-related issues.
  • Process and verify deposit and withdrawal requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in resolving trading-related queries, including order execution and account discrepancies.
  • Maintain and reconcile client accounts in coordination with the finance and compliance teams.
  • Prepare and update reports in Excel for daily operational activities.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Compliance, Tech) to resolve escalated issues.
  • Deliver high-quality client support through email, chat, and other communication channels.

 


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Financial Markets (CFD's/Derivatives preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (V Lookup, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).

 

  • Sound knowledge of Accounts and Reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle client escalations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.


Educational Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent background in Accounts & Finance.
  • Additional certifications in Financial Markets / NISM / CFA Level 1 (preferred but not mandatory).


Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in backend operations, financial services, brokerage, or stock markets.
  • Freshers with strong market knowledge and excellent academics may also apply.
