Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Entries: Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments) into accounting systems (e.g., Tally, Marg).
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate professional invoices, bills, and vouchers, and actively follow up on pending payments.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and petty cash reconciliations.
- Documentation Organize and maintain physical and digital files, contracts, and company records securely.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, directing queries to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate terms, process vendor payments, and verify stock/inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place timely orders to keep the office well-stocked.
