Role: Telesales Executive (Sales)
Salary: ₹25,000-₹30,000 Fixed + Performance Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Role Summary
Stock Pathshala is hiring experienced Telesales Executives who can effectively engage with interested leads, explain our plans, and drive conversions through structured follow-ups and strong communication.
This is a pure sales role, focused on closing and revenue contribution.
Key Responsibilities
● Make 100+ outbound calls daily to assigned leads
● Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups
● Engage with warm/interested prospects and explain Stock Pathshala plans
● Convert interested users into paid customers / next stage of sales funnel
● Handle objections and guide users toward purchase decisions
● Update lead status, remarks, and progress in CRM
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Daily Workflow Expectations
● Connect with fresh and existing interested leads
● Understand user requirements and pitch relevant plans
● Drive conversions through effective communication
● Follow up with prospects until closure
● Maintain pipeline and track progress of each lead
Required Skills (Telesales – Sales Focused)
● Strong sales and closing skills over calls
● Excellent Hindi communication (English is a plus)
● Proven ability to handle objections and convert leads
● Experience in high-volume calling with quality conversations (~20 relevant calls/day)
● Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
● Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Eligibility
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales (mandatory)
● Experience in EdTech / course selling is a plus
● Graduation preferred
Compensation Structure
● ₹25,000-₹30,000
Fixed Salary
