Job Summary:

Unilateral Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts

Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including billing, tax compliance,

reconciliations, and vendor payments. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of

Tally, Excel, and basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage billing and invoice processing.

• Handle GST filing, GST input reconciliation, and compliance-related documentation.

• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing assistance.

• Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.

• Handle vendor payments, follow-ups, and maintain payment records.

• Record and monitor purchase entries, sales entries, and related accounting data.

• Assist in preparing monthly reports, ledgers, and other financial statements.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely resolution of accounting

queries.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy in all accounting activities.

Skills & Software Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Tally and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).

• Strong understanding of basic accounting and taxation concepts.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work with accuracy.
