Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The candidate will be responsible for billing, reconciliation, financial reporting, and supporting overall financial compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records using Tally and other accounting software.
Record and process accounting entries including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Manage the billing process and ensure timely invoicing to clients and partners.
Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations regularly.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and MIS reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial documentation.
Assist during internal and external audits by preparing required documents.
Ensure compliance with GST and other financial regulations.
