Job Description

Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.


Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office administration activities and ensure smooth office operations.

Handle office supplies procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.

Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.

Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules.

Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing correspondence, and office communication.

Support employee onboarding, attendance records, and administrative HR activities.

Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and facility management vendors.

Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required by management.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in administration, office management, or related roles.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Skills

Experience in vendor management and facility administration.

Knowledge of basic HR and payroll coordination activities.

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude.


Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
