Job Description

Agent Recruitment: Sourcing and onboarding new IC38/composite insurance agents.

Training & Mentorship: Equipping your agents with product knowledge, sales pitches, and lead-generation techniques.

Sales Targets: Driving revenue by ensuring your agency team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly premium goals.

Field Support: Accompanying agents on client meetings to assist with complex negotiations and closing sales
