Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Opening/closing the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness, maintaining equipment, and overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Staff Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and scheduling staff, as well as managing performance and resolving conflicts.
• Customer Service: Ensuring a high-quality dining experience, handling complaints, and building customer loyalty.
• Financial & Inventory Control: Managing inventory, ordering supplies, assisting with budgeting, processing payroll, and monitoring cash flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications
