Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing preferred) / B. Tech (M.E) / Any Graduate.

Experience: Minimum 3 – 6 years in project sales, preferably in the building materials / interiors /

acoustics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage business opportunities in assigned territories.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, PMCs (Project Management Consultants), and

key stakeholders.

• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing large-scale interior and architectural projects.

• Identify new business opportunities and work closely with internal teams for project execution.

• Create strategic plans to expand brand presence in the assigned regions.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.

• Manage the complete sales cycle and achieve set targets.

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent network and proven track record with Architects, PMCs, Contractors, and End-Clients.

• Strong understanding of project sales and long-cycle sales processes.

• Good communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
