Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented professional to manage payment follow-ups and collections from clients.

The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle clients professionally while ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments.


  • Key Responsibilities:Regular follow-up with clients for outstanding payments via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Maintaining and updating accounts receivable / debtor ledger
  • Coordinating with sales team for payment status and client commitments
  • Resolving client queries related to invoices, material, or documentation
  • Ensuring timely collection as per agreed payment terms
  • Preparing ageing reports and highlighting overdue accounts
  • Escalating critical cases internally when required
