E-Commerce Manager

Job Title: E-commerce ManagerJob SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies and digital marketing initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Develop and execute online sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Monitor website performance, user behavior, and sales analytics to improve conversion rates
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, inventory, and order fulfillment
• Ensure seamless user experience, including navigation, checkout, and customer journey
• Implement SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive traffic
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, platforms, and logistics partners
• Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV (Average Order Value), and ROI
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and competitor activities
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
• Proven experience (2–5+ years) in e-commerce management or digital sales
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email campaigns, social media)
• Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with performance marketing and paid ads
