About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing / Marketing Executive (Fresher/ Experienced) who is passionate about online marketing, content creation, and brand building. The ideal candidate should be creative, presentable, have good communication skills, and be willing to work hard and learn new technologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Strategy

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies across channels (Website, Social Media, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Run and optimize campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Support in building marketing funnels, lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to suggest new ideas and improvements.

2. Content Creation (Image & Video)

• Create social media posts, stories, banners, reels, shorts and other creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.
• Support in basic video editing for reels, shorts, ad creatives, and promo videos.
• Coordinate with designers / video editors / agencies if required to get high-quality content delivered on time.

3. Social Media & Brand Presence

• Manage and grow company presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Schedule, post and monitor content, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Engage with followers: respond to comments, messages, and queries in a professional way.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report performance of campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, leads, conversions, etc.
• Suggest improvements based on data and insights.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with sales, management and other teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Assist in preparing presentations, marketing collaterals, case studies, and brochures.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, client meetings when required and represent the brand professionally.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Graduate in Marketing / Business / Mass Media / IT / Any relevant field (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 0–3 years in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Content / Marketing role. Freshers with strong skills & portfolio are welcome.

Technical & Marketing Skills:

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts: SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Remarketing, etc.
• Hands-on experience with any digital marketing tools, such as:
• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
• Mailchimp / other email tools
• Social media schedulers (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.) – nice to have
• Ability to create image creatives using Canva / Photoshop / similar tools.
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Filmora, etc.) is a strong plus.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills – written and spoken English (plus local language is a bonus).
• Presentable and professional in meetings, events, and client interactions.
• Hardworking, disciplined and responsible with strong ownership of tasks.
• Willing to learn new tools, platforms and technologies in digital marketing.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
