Job Description
Looking for an employee with 2 to 5 years of experience.
Key responsibilities:
Manages and maintain front office, resolves any guest issues, and performs tasks that require your discretion and authority.
Offers assistance to the individual needs and requests of all guests, ensuring guest needs are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
Good and have knowledge in making and maintaining MIS Reports.
Work closely with the hotel's management team and communicate effectively, handle daily check-ins and check-outs of guests.
Typical Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is a must.
